Systematically represents D.A.R.E. America in all interactions with D.A.R.E. stakeholders in ten (10) designated states within the assigned region.  The Central Region currently (but could change) includes: Montana, Wyoming, Utah, North Dakota, South Dakota, Kansas, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Missouri, and Texas.  D.A.R.E. stakeholders are represented by a wide array of persons having an interest in D.A.R.E. substance abuse prevention education, student health and welfare, to include, but not limited to: elected/appointed federal, state, county and municipal governmental entities; executives and leaders of law enforcement, school boards, etc.; parents students and school staff; and professional and fraternal organizations.  Regional Directors serve as a liaison between D.A.R.E.
