• Receive, relay, and/or transmit routine and emergency call to police, fire, and other public agencies
• Maintain a log of radio transmissions, telephone calls, and other information
• Maintain incident reports of criminal activity or complaints; assist in decal distribution
• Coordinate with local fire and law enforcement personnel for their response to the campus
• Ensure proper recording, accuracy, safekeeping, and follow through of all investigative matters assigned
• Maintain CAD record of all responses and services provided by the police
• Keep officers informed of noteworthy incidents and emergencies
• Collect pertinent information callers
• Perform other duties assigned

High school diploma or GED, excellent communication skills, must have a clear speaking voice, working knowledge of radio 10- codes and appropriate communication guidelines, work knowledge of law enforcement jargon, CAD system and basic computer experience, be available to work a flexible schedule to include occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.
