We are looking for a visionary and community-oriented leader to serve as our next Police Chief, who will embody the City of Napa’s core values of Integrity, Inclusion, Service, and Collaboration.

QUALIFICATIONS: Five years of relevant executive or command experience in a municipal or county law enforcement agency, coupled with a Bachelor's degree with major coursework in a related field is desired. A Master's degree and/or formal leadership training is preferred.
