The Chief of University Police will maintain the standards of the University Police Department as a model for collegiate law enforcement agencies. The Chief of University Police will be a skilled change agent, effective staff and student advocate, a committed and collaborative member of the Student and Campus Life management team, and a leader possessing a broad institutional viewpoint.
