This position will provide administrative support for the UTC Police Department.
Processing payroll and personnel action forms, invoices, department billing, procurement cards, travel.
Monitoring budget and maintaining supporting documentation; ordering supplies.
Monitoring leave balances and intradepartmental charges, such as Motor Pool.
Composing correspondence, compiling data and preparing reports.
Providing administrative support for Federal Cleary Act and departmental accreditation initiatives.
Supervising student workers assigned to administrative duties.

Qualifications: High School diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred; at least two years' experience in an office setting; proficient use of Microsoft Office; must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written; experience with SAP (IRIS) preferred; and a valid driver's license preferred.
