To provide basic police and security services for the protection of all property, students, faculty, staff and visitors at the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg. Enforcement of all rules and regulations at the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg as well as State and Federal laws. Conduct criminal and traffic investigations, make arrests, and detentions per the Pennsylvania Crimes Code and vehicle code. Provide traffic control and parking enforcement, Render first aid, CPR, administer the AED, and be able to respond to emergency situations on campus.

Education Required Baccalaureate Minimum Related Experience Level Required 1-2 years experience Additional Education and/or Experience Essential to the Position
Ability to write reports utilizing a computer and communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Knowledge of Pennsylvania Crimes Code, Vehicle Code, and Rules of Criminal Procedure. Certified in Basic First Aid, CPR, and AED. Physical and psychological exams must be passed satisfactorily. Pennsylvania Act 120 Certification. Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Check with satisfactory results. Valid PA driver's license with satisfactory driving history.
